As a Latina therapist (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), I come from a first-generation immigrant background, which has profoundly shaped my understanding of the unique challenges many of my clients face. I deeply connect with the complexities of being an immigrant, navigating between two cultures, and balancing the expectations of both the culture of origin and the new environment.
